The CORE is an hour-long class geared to strengthening abdominal muscles, arms and legs, through the use of a stability ball, medicine ball, and resistance bands and weights. Roni developed The CORE with assistance from local physical therapist Peter Stone to be used both independently for her students as well as an adjunct to yoga.
